It is a must have if you workout regularly and lives in hot and humid place especially in Indo-Gangetic plains. It moisturizes my skin adequately, at the same time gives a cooling sensation for atleast 15-20 mins post application. Like a normal moisturizer, which feels hot after applying, especially in summer, it is a great peice for summers.
