Received half empty container with lumps in cream

When I opened the box (2 weeks after receiving the product, due to travels) I noticed that the container was only half full and the cream has lumps. I know the product and so I know that a new container is filled up to the neck and the consistency of the cream is very smooth. There was no sign of leakage in the box. I never have been served so badly by Bodyshop (costumer since 30 years) I sent email to customer service but never received reply.

Soothing for the eye contour
