This is a shampoo & conditioner combination. I find this very useful while on travel since I don't want to carry shampoo and conditioner separately. I find Jamaican Castor Oil as effective as other hair cleaning products in the Body Shop stable, Can easily substitute for those who are looking for a one stop solution

I have been using this product since long now. My hair are curly and usually dry. But this shampoo acts like a conditioner on hair. Love this product

cleans, mildly fragrant like natural fragrance. makes hair smooth and frizz free. hair looks shiny..detangled. i always had an experience of hair being dryed very much and again using conditioner. with bodyshops cleansing conditioner i do not want to use 2 products.

It's not cleaning scalp and hair as well I m the customer more than 8 years but lot of product are not good to skin and hair I lost my big amount for bad products of this brand even no policy to accept bad products by this brand if customer not happy with the products or harming their hair or skin really very dissatisfied

This is more of a cleanser when compared to usual shampoos that we are used to. It might feel in the first wash that it is not working as there is no lather. So, one might feel like using more quantity. I was using Banana shampoo before this. It feels amazing as it has a wonderful smell that lingers on for long after the wash. My scalp felt clean. I do not have coiled or curly hair, but I have wavy hair that is prone to frizz and get absolutely unmanageable. I washed my hair without pre-oiling just to check the effect. Did not use the conditioner afterwards. Did not apply the serum or blow dried my hair. My hair remained soft and did not frizz out after being air-dried.
