Great Product, I will recommend this shower gel to anyone who wants to enjoy/relax their time while bathing.

I used to only use body shop loofahs because they were soft unlike any other loofah available at cheaper prices, however my recent purchase of the loofah made me feel like I had bought one of those cheap loofahs. At an increased price I bought a very bad quality product. The loofah is so rough unlike any I had ever bought before. Beyond disappointed The body shop. You’re definitely losing a regular and loyal customer here.

Best lily, I have used many lily....but this one is soft and long lasting

I had bought the same one from the store in 2019 and it was great. I recently purchased the same from The bodyshop.in and received a fake product which is sea green and not olive. It's plastic and not worthy. Please do not sell cheap products your site. It ruins customer experience who buy your products for their quality. I bought 2 bath Lily's and both are horrible. You get better than this in normal shop for half the price. Body shop is degrading it's brand value now it seems.
